PASSION & PROJECTS
NORTH MELBOURNE
This home stands on the site of a former cheese factory in North Melbourne’s inner city. It is surrounded by a diverse mix of buildings: a 1950s three-story cream brick apartment block to the east, a Victorian two-story terrace to the west, brick warehouse structures along the eastern boundary, and an 1860s bluestone church across the street. Its blend of domestic and industrial design fosters engagement with all of its neighbours.
